Refunds are rare and never a happy time for anyone.
We will refund all but $50.00 of the purchase price if a terminal
defect is found. This
must be documented by a professional veterinarian and not be treatable.
We guarantee that our kittens are healthy when they leave us but
we cannot be responsible for what they come in contact with in the
outside world. Of late we
have witnessed thousands of cats and dogs dieing of kidney failure from
eating food that was tainted.
If the defect can be proven to be a genetic defect resulting in
the death of the kitten we will refund or replace the kitten at your
