We, the Midwest Himalayan Persian Connection, hereinafter referred to as The Company, do hereby, guarantee that this kitten is free of distemper, rabies, feline leukemia, FIV and ringworm. This kitten should be taken to a veterinarian within 7 days of the date of purchase and tested for the above conditions and if he/she is found to be positive then the kitten can be returned for a full refund.  To the best of our knowledge this kitten is free of parasites, fleas and ear mites but all of these conditions are treatable and the breeder assumes no responsibility for any of the expense of treating these ailments at any time.  This kitten has its shots up to date and has been fully examined by a veterinarian and is free of symptoms including diarrhea and upper respiratory symptoms at the time of the shots an examination was also done to screen the kitten for ringworm.  The Midwest Himalayan Connection is not liable for any veterinarian costs at any time for any reason. This kitten is not to be kept in a cage except if it is proven medically necessary for travel.  This kitten was sold to the buyer for between $500.00 - $1000.00 and the papers along with the registration fee will be sent to the buyers address after proof of neuter/spaying.  NO breeding rights will be given at this time.
